FAQ’s
Check-in is between 4.00 and 6.00pm and check-out is before 10.30am. We try to be flexible and if you need to be in earlier or later it is worth asking the question, we will help out if we can.
We don’t do evening meals but we can help you choose a local restaurant if you’d like? The closest being just 250ft from our front door
We are unable to accommodate children, Newgate House is an adult space
Unfortunately, we have allergies so we don’t have animals in the house
There is street parking all along the road outside the house that is free and unrestricted. It gets busy during the day but thins out as the afternoon goes on and our guests can usually park close by if not right outside the door
Both guest bedrooms are on the first floor
Not in the room but we can lend you ours, please just ask
Not at all. We ask guests not to wear outdoor shoes or boots upstairs so there are boot trays in the hall and if your boots are wet we can put them somewhere warm overnight
Yes, we can store bikes securely and under cover
